The Bills got a scare early when Thad Lewis left with an injury after losing a fumble, but he came back into the game. They got another scare when Lewis lost his second fumble to the Saints. Drew Brees cashed in with a touchdown pass to Lance Moore, giving the Saints an early lead. Lewis came back with a perfect strike to Stevie Johnson to tie the game. The Saints offense was quiet for most of the first half, but woke up late in the second quarter. Brees hooked up with Kenny Stills for a 69-yard touchdown and hit Jimmy Graham later. The Saints went into halftime leading, 21-10.
Graham got his second touchdown of the game to give the Saints a wider lead. New Orleans kept the game out of arm's reach with another touchdown by Stills, and cruised to an easy victory for the rest of the game.
Drew Brees continued to shine for fantasy owners, throwing for five touchdowns. Jimmy Graham seems to be well over his foot injury. Despite being a question mark for the game, he scored two more touchdowns.
Thad Lewis briefly left after taking a brutal hit in the first quarter, but returned to the game.
The Saints entered the game as 10 point favorites and had no trouble covering the spread.
