On Friday, May 18 Pollo Tropical® is celebrating the Grand Opening of its new River City location, 730 Skymarks Drive, by giving back to the community, honoring teachers and even awarding one of the first 100 customers with free Pollo Tropical! The first 100 people in line for the store’s opening at 10:30 a.m. with a children’s book to drop into the collection box inside the restaurant for the Read It Forward Jax! book drive will be entered in a drawing to be conducted that morning to win free Pollo Tropical for a year!
